For the second time in two weeks, Fort Hudson has achieved the distinction of having a deficiency free survey! On Thursday April 4th, the NYS Department of Health conducted an unannounced survey in the medical adult day care program and reported no deficiencies. During the course of the survey, DOH also visited the Social Adult Day program and learned of the creative integration between the two; the cross-over programming opportunities; and how Fort Hudson has successfully combined the two distinct programs in to a single solutions-oriented setting.
