Here’s a pic of Dr. Siddiqui using Fort Hudson’s new electronic medical record program “Point Click Care”. With this, he’s able to view all discipline’s notes, he can add his assessments/physicals, and can also access all labwork and diagnostic tests through Glens Falls Hospital’s E-Record Program.
Similarly, most all MD offices use laptops to “pull up your record” when you are there for an office visit. QUESTION OF THE DAY – how do you feel about having the MD bring in a laptop instead of a paperchart? Does it offend you? Do you feel it enhances your visit? CHIME IN!
