Am I required to purchase amenity services?
No, all services are OPTIONAL and are available ala carte. This allows seniors to tailor services to only what they need or desire. We do not follow an ‘all inclusive’ model at our retirement community.
Is The Oaks ‘assisted living’?
No –The Oaks is considered Independent Senior Living. We offer amenity services such as dining, housekeeping, and activities, to name a few. We do not provide 24-hour supervision or staff coverage. What type of housing is The Oaks?
The Oaks is classified as Senior Specific – Market Rate Housing. This means that all individuals in residence must be age 62 or older. The Oaks is not a subsidized housing project, therefore sliding scale rents are not applicable.
