[Prime Link customers in the areas of Glens Falls, Queensbury, Hudson Falls, and Fort Edward are currently experiencing a voice and data disruption. The disruption is being caused by localized damage to the fiber infrastructure. Staff have been dispatched to the area to access damage and report on time to repair and restoration of services].
In the event this outage continues past 6:00 PM today, Fort Hudson will be rolling incoming phone calls to the Supervisor cell phone. Home care and CHHA phones are currently rolling to their On-call cell phone.
