This information is updated daily when new cases of COVID 19 are identified among residents or employees, or at least weekly when no new cases are identified. Questions about this information or Fort Hudson’s COVID 19 response can be directed to the facility Administrator at any time.

* This number represents residents who, at the time of passing, were also COVID-19 positive or presumed positive. This does NOT indicate that COVID-19 was the cause, and their passing may be due to other underlying conditions. However, we are required to report on any case which has COVID-19, per NYS Dept. of Health mandates.
**CDC REPORTING REQUIREMENT: Report a cluster of 3 or more residents and/or staff with new onset of respiratory symptoms within 72 hours of each other.
7 Day Report: Due to delays in test reporting, this number reflects test results from the day the test was conducted, not the day it was received. The 24 hour figure will reflect information from the time it was reported to us.
