**CDC REPORTING REQUIREMENT: Report a cluster of 3 or more residents and/or staff with new onset of respiratory symptoms within 72 hours of each other.
7 Day Report: Due to delays in test reporting, this number reflects test results from the day the test was conducted, not the day it was received. The 24 hour figure will reflect information from the time it was reported to us.
