Thank you Mary McClellan Foundation
Fort Hudson Health System was recently awarded $10,000 by the McClellan Foundation to support the purchase and implementation of the electronic health record to be used by the home care programs. As part of a competitive grant program, this funding is targeted specifically to offset the significant cost of program implementation.
The Mary McClellan Foundation promotes and supports the health care needs of the community in the Towns of Cambridge, Easton, Greenwich, Jackson, Salem, and White Creek in Washington County and the Town of Hoosick in Rensselaer County, New York, by making grants to local non-profit organizations which directly or indirectly provide for the health care needs of the community (www.marymcclellanfoundation.org). Fort Hudson provides services in these communities, as well as throughout Washington, Warren and Saratoga Counties.
