Fort Hudson Health System is pleased to announce the appointment of two employees to newly created positions to support the continuing growth of the home and community service division.
Rhenda Campbell RN has been appointed to the position of Director of Case Management. Ms. Campbell has been with Fort Hudson since 1990 in a number of positions, most recently as the Director of Structured Social Adult Day. This newly created position reflects the ongoing growth of case management and related functions, now serving almost 150 Medicaid clients throughout the region.
Stephanie Morin RN has been appointed to the position of Program Advancement Specialist. Ms. Morin has been with Fort Hudson since 2010 as a nurse manager. This position provides direct outreach to a wide range of constituents to provide education on Fort Hudson’s programs, advances relationships with existing referral sources, and serves as a primary communication point for care transitions.
