We are pleased to announce that Jim Boule has been appointed by Sodexo Senior Services to the position of Director of Food Services at Fort Hudson. Jim will oversee all aspects of food delivery for all programs across the Fort Hudson campus. Jim is a familiar face, as he has been with Fort Hudson as the Assistant Director for the past 3 years.
Prior experience for Jim includes lead cook of a large skilled nursing facility, as well as Executive Chef and Management positions at several prestigious restaurants throughout Vermont, Florida, and Colorado. He is a United States Army veteran, and has degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management from the New England Culinary Institute.
