Fort Hudson Team Raises over $3000 for “The Walk To End Alzheimer’s Disease”

Fort Hudson wishes to extend a sincere THANK YOU to everyone that participated in the many events of “The Walk To End Alzheimer’s”! Throughout the month, Fort Hudson came together to support an amazing cause…one very close to heart… fundraising to end Alzheimer’s Disease.
Whether you were the “maker” of a raffle basket, baked goods, or the quilt — or the “purchaser” of items OR tickets of chance — we THANK YOU! With these events (plus private donations), the Fort Hudson Team contributed over $3000 to this important cause!
If you joined in this past Saturday to walk the event itself, we APPRECIATE it very much. Fort Hudson had more than 3 buses of family, friends, residents, and staff — an impressive showing!
Lastly, congratulations to Donna Hopkins, G-wing Nurse Manager, who was the lucky winner of this year’s QUILT!
