EXCITING NEWS!! Fort Hudson Nursing Center has achieved the highest possible ranking for quality by CMS, the Federal Agency which oversees nursing facilities. Our score is based on several quality measures including avoiding hospitalizations; lower infection rates, pain control management, and others. We are proud to say that we are the only skilled nursing facility in Warren, Washington, and Northern Saratoga Counties with a five star quality rating.
