Fort Hudson Health System has appointed Ann Reynolds as Director of Patient Services of its newest home care program – Certified Home Healthcare Agency. Ms. Reynolds was previously the Assistant Director of Washington County Public Health providing oversight to the certified home care, long term home health and hospice programs; and administrator of Home of the Good Sheppard. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Russell Sage College. Ms. Reynolds has over 25 years’ experience in the home care profession as a registered nurse.
In her new position, Ms. Reynolds will be responsible for developing and overseeing the Fort Hudson Certified Home Health Agency, recently approved by the NYS Department of Health. This program will provide post-acute home care, intravenous services, short term therapy, and other home care services throughout Warren and Washington Counties.
