Attention ALL FORT HUDSON EMPLOYEES: Open Enrollment for Benefits is here! This is your annual opportunity to enroll, drop, or change benefit coverage. There are slight changes to plan design in 2017, so please try to attend a meeting in order to ensure you are making an informed choice.

Representatives from Marshall &Sterling and Anthem will be on site to answer any follow up questions between meetings

ANYONE WANTING COVERAGE in 2017 for Health, Dental, or Vision MUST fill out a payroll authorization form and return it to Human Resources no later than Friday, November 18, 2016.
