Fort Hudson Dodges the Storm

With barely a flicker of power loss, Fort Hudson and the immediate region dodged the worst of Hurricane Sandy.  Sincere thank you to all who were actively involved in the advanced planning and preparation.  We were prepared for the worst and hoped for the best…here’s to “hope” winning the day!

Status Update – no loss of power to the fort hudson campus as of 7:00PM. Contingency plans for all programs (homecare, oaks, daycare, nursing center) have been reviewed and are in effect throughout the night and tomorrow. We will keep everyone posted if anything arises. In the meantime — stay safe as “Sandy” passes over!
