			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Open Enrollment is a staff opportunity to enroll in a new insurance plan, or make changes to an existing plan.  This includes: MVP Health Plan, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Community Blue.  In addition, staff may sign up or make changes to Aflac policies, 403b plans, or 401k plans at this time. </p>
<p>Representatives from some of these programs will be available to staff to answer questions or assist with the enrollment process on MAY 11th</p>
<p>Aflac 5:30am to 3:00PM</p>
<p>Glens Falls National Bank 10am &#8211; 3:00PM</p>
<p>Jaeger &amp; Flynn 9am &#8211; 3:00PM</p>
<p>For questions or enrollment forms, staff may contact the HR office.  Deadline for open enrollment is May 21st. </p>

(30 minute session) NURSING CENTER STAFF are required to remain for Program 2: Elopement &amp; Workplace Violence. (additional 30 minute session).</p>

Monday, May 07 &#8212; 10am,  1:30PM,  8:45PM,  10:10PM<br />
Tuesday, May 08 &#8212; 2PM<br />

Yesterday, an expanded number of phone connections were made, although voice mail and other features remain out of reach. At this time, we anticipate a new system will be installed this Friday returning us to full function. Installation will begin with basic usage, and over the course of a few days fully implemented. Training will be provided as it is transitioned.</p>

There is no voice mail service and limited ability to transfer calls to individual extensions. Email and fax service is functioning correctly. All nursing units in the nursing facility have incoming and outgoing capacity. However, we are working with a very li&#8230;mited number of active telephone lines (6 compared to typical of 20+), so telephone use should be limited to essential calls only.Every effort is being made to correct this problem as quickly as possible. The Oaks office and FH Home Care do not have telephone service at this time. However, if you need to reach either of these departments, you may leave a message at main number 747-2811 and we will return your call. Further updates will be provided as they become available.</p>

The caller says you&#8217;ve been selected to win prizes ($1 million, a new car, a vacation cruise etc.) if you simply buy a local gift card for $5-10 and call them back with the gift card number.  These calls are coming in on landlines and cell phones throughout the area. </p>
<p>THIS IS A SCAM.  D0 not engage in conversation, JUST HANG UP!  Although the calls are coming in to all numbers, seniors are most vulnerable to these calls.  Alert the seniors in your life!</p>
