This is going to be really helpful to the new staff and a great refresher for the seasoned! Cushions,matress,heel lifts all different ideas to use to prevent pressure to our residents.

Friendly addition to the TEAM. Nasar even came in at 0545 to meet the 10-6 staff. I really appreciated him coming in that early so the staff could meet him as they don’t get to see a lot of new employees who dont work their shift.

Justin Brownell is more than just a nice guy. He is honorable and upstanding young man. On his weekend off Justin came to work to take care of our father who has Alzheimer’s. Justin understands the care that my brother and I give to our dad on weekends . One weekend we had to go away on business and was unable to care for our dad. Justin came in on his own and took care of our dad simply because he knew that my brother and I couldn’t.
We come from Brooklyn,NY and we have been living up here for more than thirty years. When someone like Justin does something from the heart we see him as a Stand Up Guy in other words he will always have our respect.
Young men like Justin are rare these days.

Thank you Justin for being a good person.
